Our Spring supper club will be a celebration of seasonal ingredients, with a focus on White Park Beef from Lyons Hill Farm.
Every season our supper clubs are an opportunity for our amazing Michelin Bib Gourmand kitchen, lead by James Harris to spread its creative wings.
Lyons Hill Farm is a traditionally run, regenerative livestock farm in Dorset, championing rare breed White Park cattle. This ancient breed of cattle dates back more than 10,000 years, and legend has it that in 1617 King James I was so delighted with his White Park loin steak that he had it knighted.
Lyons Hill allow their cattle a long lifetime to mature slowly in their natural environment and the beef (which will figure in some way in every one of the evening's seven courses) is second to none!
The dinner will commence at 7pm with canapés, followed by a seven-course tasting menu.
We are offering a wine pairing in which all courses will be creatively matched with exceptional wines from our shop.
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements. Unfortunately this supper club will not be suitable for vegetarians.
