Our summer supper club will be a celebration of seasonal dishes paired with the fine English sparkling & still wines of Gusbourne.
From the moment Gusbourne planted their first vines in 2004, the vision has been to create the finest vintage wines using grapes exclusively from their own vineyards.
Growing the highest quality Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes across the Gusbourne Estate, with 60 hectares in Appledore, Kent and 30 hectares next to the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. These predominantly Burgundian clones yield smaller volumes of intensely flavourful fruit, which thrive in this unique microclimate. This exceptional produce is the vital first ingredient in making award-winning wines, all crafted using the traditional method.
The dinner will commence at 7pm with canapés and Gusbourne Brut followed by a Six Course paired tasting menu. Guests on the night will be able to purchase our mixed Gusbourne Case at a promotional rate and secure their allocation of the rare Gusbourne still wines.
