The grapes for this ‘appassimento’ method Barbera come from the northern banks of Tanaro River, in Piedmont. 

Once harvested, the grapes are allowed to air dry which helps concentrate the sugars and ripe fruit flavours. The richly fruited palate is balanced by a lovely freshness and silky texture.
