A favourite producer of ours from the last two vintages and we’ve doubled down this year with four of their cuvées.  

The Bourgogne Blanc is unctuous and fruit-forward - from 6 hectares of vines in and around the village of Vergisson. Biodynamic grapes are handpicked, fermented and matured for ten to fifteen months in barriques and demi muids. The wines are hand bottled and unfiltered.
