All 75 hectares of Marcel Richaud's Domaine in Cairanne are farmed organically. Marcel has been joined by his two daughters Claire and Edith and his son Thomas.

Their Cairanne Rouge is a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan. Only natural yeasts are used, a little SO2 is added at bottling, and there is no fining or filtration.
