Adrien Defaix’s wines were a great discovery for us last year and he was top of our list for 2023.  

Made alongside his Uncle at Domaine Bernard Defaix, Adrien farms everything in a sustainable, ecological, organic fashion, with elements of biodynamic viticulture increasingly incorporated.

This is great, lean, classical Chablis making, with a savouriness to balance this fruit-forward vintage.
