F&L Pillot are producers of a very contemporary and elegant style of Chassagne that I find immediately appealing. The mineral quality that we look for in this appellation is very clear in this wine, which is delicate, racy and refined, yet with sneaky complexity that creeps up on you. This has been my go to Chassagne over the last couple of vintages and will continue to be so.
