This Pouilly-Fuissé is ridiculous. Just a delicious wine, showing a voluptuous texture, that carries seriously rich and ripe apple and apricot fruit and a beautiful creamy, buttery, spicy finish. This kind of opulence is just what I hope for from a wine with “Pouilly-Fuissé” on the label.
