“L’Âme Forest” comes from four vineyards on the northern slope of the Vergisson hill, averaging 50 years old, on marne and very old limestone soils of decomposed oyster shells. Aged in 300 litre barrels, 20% new oak. 

It's big but still fresh and well structured.
