Joseph left the family domaine in 2016 to forge his own path and with only 6 hectares currently under vine he’s able to do things his way. Everything is carried out manually in the vines, with ploughing between the rows and no herbicides or chemical fertilizers. 

Les Frionnes is site with 40-50 year old vines on white clay, limestone and stones. It produces whites of real energy and tension. This is wonderfully crisp and refreshing.
